Hey Travel Lovers!

Woops! Last week was an absolute blur and I totally missed sending you an update - I apologize for that. But have I ever got an update for you.

Before we jump into it, next week I'll be sharing one of my FAVOURITE tips for saving money when traveling. This is something I'm so excited to share with you all, and you're definitely going to want to keep your eyes peeled for my email! 👀

Last week was a week of high highs, and low lows. It started off with an incredible staycation at my favourite Montreal hotel, the Hotel Place D'Armes. I've started sharing photos from my stay on my instagram, and have even created a highlight with all my stories so you can check out what we got up to!

If you have any plans of visiting Montreal anytime soon, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Not only is it in the perfect location (right in the heart of Old Montreal and on the edge of the Place D'Armes, right across from the Notre Dame Basilica), but it's easily one of the most beautiful buildings in Old Montreal.

This hotel really is the epitome of luxury, and for my two days there I felt like I was living my glamorous European dreams. Something along the lines of Gossip Girl, but set in beautiful Paris (pronounced the French way of course).

We spent our evenings getting dolled up and dining on French cuisine, sipping fine wine surrounded by glittering chandeliers at the hotel's stunning French Bistro, Brasserie 701. And our mornings were spent devouring croissants in bed, as one does when in Old Montreal.

We also got to experience the hotel's incredible spa, enjoying both a traditional Moroccan Hammam experience AND a Biologique Recherche facial that left my skin feeling better than it has in *years*.

It truly was an incredible hotel stay, and it reminded me of just how much I adore the beautiful Hotel Place D'Armes. I'll be sharing a lot more on my instagram and TikTok soon so if you aren't following me yet there, let's be friends!

Unfortunately my glamorous week came to a sudden halt when, like being hit with a ton of bricks, I was visited by our dear friend c*vid. Somehow, even with all my travels, I lasted this long without getting it. I spent the weekend recuperating and can now say I am fully on the upswing, but what a dreary way to end such a fabulous week.
